AN ORDER AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CITED
WITHIN GM ORDER 07-002, WHICH APPROVED THE MINOR
SITE PLAN KNOWN AS KITTERMAN PLAZA
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director of St. Lucie County,
Florida, has made the following determinations:
1. On January 19, 2007, the Growth Management Director granted Minor Site
Plan approval to the project to be known as Kitterman Plaza.
2. Following the recordation of GM Order 07-002, it was determined that the
legal description cited within that order was in error
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
A. The legal description cited within the resolution should have read as follows:
Tract B, as shown on the Plat of Kitterman, as recorded in Plat Book 55, at Page 33, 01
the Public Records of SI. Lucie County, Florida
Containing 2.232 acres more or less
B. All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in GM Order 07-002,
approved on January 19, 2007, are hereby incorporated by reference in GM Order
07-009.
C. A copy of this order shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County
Growth Management Director.
