RESOLUTION NO. 07-117
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption 01 the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain lunds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available Irom the Department 01 Community Affairs award letter agreement #07BG-04-10-66-01-233 lor
$38,119 to increase the 2006-2007 EMPA Base Grant Agreement.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board 01 County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board 01 County Commissioners 01 St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 10th day of April, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such lunds are hereby appropriated lor the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as lollows:
