RESOLUTION NO. 07-109
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption 01 the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain lunds not anticipated at the time 01 adoption 01 the budget have become
availabie from the South Florida Water Management District in the form of a grant in the amount of
$250,000 to construct the Lakewood Park Canal outfall control structures.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board 01 County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 10th day of April, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated lor the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as loliows:
