RESOLUTION NO. 07-156

WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a cash contribution from the St. Lucie County School Board in the amount of
$168,287.50 to redesign and construct intersections and entrances to the new high school at South 25th
Street.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 1st day of May, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
