THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the I b day of April, 2006, by THE HOSPICE FOUNDATION
OF MARTIN & ST. LUCIE, INC. a Florida not for profit corporation, hereinafter called
the I'Grantor1', to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HOSPICE FOUNDATION OF MARTIN & ST. LUCIE, INC., a Florida
not for profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, by
Mortgage and Assignment of Rents both bearing date the 11 th day of

secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the original principal amount
