HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-212 r1 eN !è'. ;11}f6 ¡:::In Pì-+l':o RESOLUTION NO. 07-212 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of reimbursement for Property Damage Settlement in the amount of $13,100 from the Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 3" day of July, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 101004-4109-341270-400 Insurance Reimbursements $13,100 APPROPRIATIONS 101004-4109-564000-400 Machinery & Equipment $13,100 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Chris Craft, Chairperson Aye Commissioner Joseph E.
