RESOLUTION NO. 07-216
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation for the Intersection of Indrio Road and US#1
project in the amount of $155,736.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Fiorida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 24th day of July, 2007, putsuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
