HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-238 RESOLUTION NO. 07- 238 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the amount of $20,800 for Treasure Coast Green Conference. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 28th day of August, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001-7912-366900-3925 001-7912-347210-3925 City of Ft.
