RESOLUTION NO. 07-265
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the
following determinations:
1. On September 6,2007, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant
to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing to
consider adopting the tentative millage for fiscal year 2007-2008 and adopted the tentative millage.
2. On September 6, 2007, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant
to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District, a dependent
taxing district of this Board, held a public hearing to consider adopting the tentative millage for fiscal
year 2007-2008 and adopted the tentative millage.
3. On September 6, 2007, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant
to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the St. Lucie County Erosion District, a dependent taxing district
of the Board, held a public hearing to consider adopting the tentative millage for fiscal year 2007 -2008
and adopted the tentative millage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The following are hereby adopted as the tentative millage rates for fiscal year 2007-2008:
