RESOLUTION NO. 07-267
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds in the form of a Hurricane Housing Recovery Grant in the amount of
$6,955,498, were assigned an incorrect grant number. This is to correct the error.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 11th day of September, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
