RESOLUTION NO. 07-004
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from St. Johns River Water
Management District amending the contract award for an additional amount of $78,269.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District
board to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 22nd day of May 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the District's budget is hereby amended as follows:
