RESOLUTION NO, 07- 270
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a bank loan in the amount not to exceed $650,000 from SunTrust Leasing
Corporation. Proceeds from the loan will be used to finance the interim costs of the acquisition,
construction and equipping of additions, extensions and improvements to the Tradition Field and other
tourism related projects within the County, and all costs incidental thereto.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 25th day of September, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
