A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION AMENDING
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION WITHIN THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION 05-018 , ADOPTED ON
JULY 27, 2005, FOR VARIANCE APPROVAL FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA FOR PETITIONER ARTHUR G. REID.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1, On July 27,2005, this Board held a public hearing and voted to grant a Variance
through Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-018, for Petitioner Arthur G. Reid.
2, Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-018, staff
determined that the legal description within that resolution was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The legal description which this Variance affects is corrected to read as follows:
Harbour Ridge Plat 8 East Hammock Village Unit 7 (Tax 10# 4426-803-0017-000n)
B, All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in Board of Adjustment Resolution
05-018, approved on July 27, 2005, are hereby incorporated by reference in Board of
Adjustment Resolution 07-018.
C. A copy of this resolution shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County
Growth Management Director.
