Pierce, Florida, 34981, to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose mailing address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL, 34982, its successors and assigns, as "Grantee," (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.) WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10,00) and other valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a Temporary Construction Easementto enter upon the lands describing as follows (the "Easement Area"): See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference. The Easement Area shall be used by Grantee for the purpose of constructing public improvements for the South 25th Street. This Temporary Construction Easement shall expire upon completion of the South 25th Street improvements, unless extended by mutual agreement, in writing. Upon completion of the construction, the Grantee shall leave the premises clear of all construction debris.
