TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR
SOUTH 25TH STREET
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is duly accepted on

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT, granted this 12th day of April, 2007, by
SOUTH 25TH STREET, LLC, as "Grantor," whose mailing address is 2980 South 25th Street, Ft.
Pierce, Florida, 34981, to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose mailing address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Ft.
Pierce, FL, 34982, its successors and assigns, as "Grantee,"
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their
respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10,00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys,
grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a Temporary Construction Easementto enter upon the
lands describing as follows (the "Easement Area"):
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference.
The Easement Area shall be used by Grantee for the purpose of constructing public
improvements for the South 25th Street. This Temporary Construction Easement shall expire upon
completion of the South 25th Street improvements, unless extended by mutual agreement, in
writing. Upon completion of the construction, the Grantee shall leave the premises clear of all
construction debris.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed the date
and year first above written.
