RESOLUTION NO. 07-301
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available through a grant from the U, S. Department of Justice for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice
Assistance Grant for Crime Analysis in the amount of $60,394.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of October, 2007, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
