RESOLUTION NO. 07-341
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation Joint Participation Agreement #414-579 in the
amount of $743,200 as 80% funding of the $929,000 cost to complete the design and installation of the
security access control system at the St. Lucie County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of November, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
