A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A 12 MONTH EXTENSION
OF THE DATE OF EXPIRATION FROM OCTOBER 19, 2007, TO
OCTOBER 19, 2008, FOR THE FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SITE
PLAN APPROVAL FOR A PROJECT KNOWN AS ENTRADA, ON 0.33
ACRES (MORE OR LESS) OF LAND LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION
OF EL CAMINO AND ENTRADA DRIVE, SITUATE IN FT. PIERCE, ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
1. On October 19, 2004, this Board, under Resolution 04-215, granted Final Development
Site Plan approval for the project known as Entrada, a proposed two-story, 2,592 square
foot office facility located at the southwest corner of the intersection of EI Camino Street
and Entrada Drive.
2. On October 3, 2006, this Board adopted Resolution 06-238 which extended the Final
Development Site Plan approval for a period of 12 additional months from the original
date of scheduled expiration to October 19, 2007.
3. Paul Broome has petitioned for the Final Development Site Plan to be extended for a
second period of 12 additional months from the previously granted date of expiration to
October 19, 2008,
4. On November 20. 2007. the Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to adopt
Resolution 07-319 granting approval of the applicant's request for an second period of 12
additional months from the previously granted date of expiration to October 19, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.06(B)(3) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the
Final Development Site Plan, approved through Resolution 04-215, is hereby extended for a
period of 12 additional months from the previously extended date of scheduled expiration,
October 19, 2007, with the new expiration date being October 19, 2008.
B. All terms and conditions of Resolution 04-215 shall remain in full force and effect.

C. The property on which this Final Development Site Plan extension is being granted is
described as follows:
LOT 1, BLOCK 27, RIVER PARK - UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA. (Tax 10 # 3419-515-0177-000/7)

Southwest corner of the intersection of Entrada Avenue and NE EI Camino
Street)
D. This Final Development Site Plan extension shall expire on October 19, 2008, unless Final
Plat Approval is obtained in accordance with Section 11.03.00 of the St. Lucie County
Land Development Code for the site plan or an extension has been granted in accordance
with Section 11.02.06, St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
E. The Certificate of Capacity granted by the Community Development Director on October
19, 2004, shall remain valid for the period of this Final Development Site Plan approval.
F. The St. Lucie County Growth Management Director is hereby authorized and directed to
cause the notation of this resolution to be made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and to make notation of reference to the date of adoption of this
resolution.
G. A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Growth
Management Director.
H. After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
