RESOLUTION NO. 96-02
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ST. LUCIE
COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1996-97
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Housing Finance Authority has
made the following determinations:
1. In order for the Authority to exercise its powers and
duties as set forth in Chapter 159, Part IV, Florida Statutes, it
is necessary for the Authority to adopt a budget for Fiscal Year
1996-97.
2. The Authority has available funds from excess bond
proceeds from previous years as well as interest earnings on such
proceeds and certain administrative fees which are to be used to
establish the Authority's budget for Fiscal Year 1996-961.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the St. Lucie County
Housing Finance Authority, in meeting assembled this 13th day of
June, the budget for Fiscal Year 1996-96 is hereby adopted as
follows:
