RESOLUTION 93-02
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of St. Lucie County has received funds
from excess bond proceeds and interest earnings on such proceeds not anticipated
which are to be expended by the St. Lucie County Housing Finance Authority;
WHEREAS, Section 129.06, Florida Statutes, requires the Housing Finance Authority
of St. Lucie County to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Finance Authority of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 29th day of September, 1993, pursuant
to Section 129.06, Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal
year 1992-1993, and the Authority's budget is hereby established as follows:
