RESOLUTION 94-01
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of St. Lucie County has funds from excess
bond proceeds from previous years and interest earnings on such proceeds which are
to be used to establish a budget for Fiscal Year 1994-95 by the St. Lucie County
Housing Finance Authority;
WHEREAS, Section 129, Florida Statutes, requires the Housing Finance Authority of
St. Lucie County to adopt a resolution to establish a budget for Fiscal Year 1994-95;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Finance Authority of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 27th day of June 1994, pursuant to
Section 129, Florida Statutes, such budget is hereby adopted for the Fiscal Year
1994-1995 as follows:
