RESOLUTION NO. 07-393
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a Second Amendment to an Interlocal Agreement between St. Lucie County and
the St. Lucie County Fire District. The funds will be used to cover the increased costs of change orders,
not to exceed $45,000, with the construction of the Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) Facility at the
St. Lucie County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of December, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
