A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMISSION
MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE WITHIN BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION 05-007, ADOPTED ON
APRIL 27,2005, FOR A RESOLUTION GRANTING A
VARIANCE FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE PETITIONER MARY
CARROLL-MIRYLEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On April 27, 2005, this Board held a public hearing and voted to grant a Variance
from the Provisions of Section 7.04.01 (A) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code to permit the reconstruction of a swimming pool screen
enclosure, which would encroach 3.5 feet into the minimum side setback of 6 feet
required in the PUD (Planned Unit Development - Muirfield @ The Reserve)
Zoning Districtthrough Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-007, for the Petitioner,
Mary Carroll-Mirylees.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-007, staff
determined that the Commission members in attendance cited within that
resolution was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida:
