A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMISSION
MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE WITHIN BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION 05-006, ADOPTED ON
APRIL 27, 2005, FOR A RESOLUTION DENYING A
VARIANCE FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE PETITIONER GINN-LA
WSL-L TO. L.L.L.P.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of S1. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On April 27, 2005, this Board held a public hearing and voted to deny a Variance
from the Provisions of Section 7.04.01 (A), the Provisions of Section 7.01.03(A) of
the S1. Lucie County Land Development Code to permit the development of a
parcel of land which lacks 0.32 acre ofthe minimum 5 acres required for a Planned
Unit Development through Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-006, for the
Petitioner, Ginn-LA WSL-Ltd. L.L.L.P.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-006, staff
determined that the Commission members in attendance cited within that
resolution was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of S1. Lucie County, Florida:
