RESOLUTION NO. 08-001
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the S1. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from South Florida Water
Management District for the Indian River Lagoon License Plate Grant in the amount of $40,758.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the S1. Lucie County Mosquito Control District
board to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of S1. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 12th day of February 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
