LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A 12-MONTH EXTENSION OF THE MINOR SITE PLAN KNOWN AS OCEAN PALMS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH SRA-1-A IN THE HIRD (HUTCHINSON ISLAND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) ZONING DISTRICT, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director has reviewed the application for the Site Plan extension, reviewed any evidence justifying the extension and has made the following determinations: 1. On February 15, 2006, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director, through GM-06-010, granted Minor Site Plan approval for the project known as Ocean Palms, located on the east side of North SR Ä-1-Ä in the HIRD (Hutchinson Island Residential District) Zoning District, for property described in Part A. 2. The developer of Ocean Palms has requested that a 12-month extension of the Minor Site Plan approved through GM-06-010, be extended for a period of 12 additional months from its date of scheduled expiration, February 15, 2008, with the new date of expiration being February 15, 2009. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Growth Management Director of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.06(B)(1) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Minor Site Plan, approved through GM-06-01 0, is hereby extended for a period of 12 additional months from its scheduled date of expiration, February 15, 2008, with the new expiration date being February 15, 2009, for the property described as follows: The South 150 feet of the North % and the North 50 feet of the South % of Section 14, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying East of State Road A-1-A; and the South 200 feet of the North 250 feet of the South % of Section 14, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying East of State Road A-1-A, said lands situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. Location: East side of North SR A-1-A, approximately Y4 mile south of the Breakers Condominiums on North Hutchinson Island. B. All terms and conditions of GM-06-01 0 shall remain in full force and effect. C. This Minor Site Plan extension shall expire on February 15, 2009, unless building permits are issued or without undergoing a complete re-review in accordance with provisions of Section 11.02.00 of the Land Development Code and demonstration of compliance with all applicable codes in effect at that time. D. The Certificate of Capacity granted by the Growth Management Director on February 17, 2006, shall remain valid for the period of this Site Plan approval. If this order expires or otherwise terminates, the certificate of capacity shall automatically terminate. E. A copy of this Order shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director and mailed, return receipt requested to the developer. F. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Order effective the 15th Day of February, 2008. GROWTH MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR ST.
