A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PROPERTY TAX ID
NUMBER WITHIN THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
RESOLUTION 05-001, ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 23,
2005, FOR A RESOLUTION DENYING A VARIANCE
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA FOR THE PETITIONER, NEXTEL
COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On February 23, 2005, this Board held a public hearing and voted to deny a
Variance from the Provisions of Section 7.04.01 (A) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code to permit the construction of a communication equipment
shelter, which would encroach approximately 23 feet into the minimum front
setback of 50 feet required in the AG-1 (Agricultural-1 du/acre) Zoning District,
through Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-001, for the Petitioner, Nextel
Communications, Inc.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-001, staff
determined that the Property Tax ID number provided within the resolution was in
error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. The Property Tax ID number which this Variance effects is as follows:
Tax ID# 1314-323-0001-000/6
B. All the terms, findings, and conditions othelWise cited in Board of Adjustment Resolution
05-001, denied on February 23, 2005, are hereby incorporated by reference in Board of
Adjustment Resolution No. 08-009.
C. A copy of this resolution shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County
Growth Management Director.
