A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMISSION
MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE WITHIN BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION 05-009, ADOPTED ON
APRIL 27, 2005, FOR A RESOLUTION GRANTING A
VARIANCE FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE PETITIONER TRACY
STEELE
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On April 27, 2005, this Board held a public hearing and voted to grant a Variance
from the Provisions of Section 7.05.02(A)(9) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code to allow the construction of a permanent dead-end street,
which will have a length of approximately 1,300 and exceed by 300 feet the
maximum length of 1,000 feet allowed, through Board of Adjustment Resolution
05-009, for the Petitioner, Tracy Steele.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution 05-009, staff
determined that the Commission members in attendance cited within that
resolution was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida:

Adjustment Resolution No. 08-007.
