RESOLUTION NO. 08-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSION CHAIR TO EXECUTE
THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO JOINT PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT (FM NO. 407439-1-38/58-01) TO INCLUDE
THE FEDERAL AND STATE AUDIT PROVISIONS AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO
FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation is prepared to provide funds
towards the improvements consisting of improvements to State Road 615 (South 25th Street),
between West Midway Road (CR-712) and Edwards Road (CR-611).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Joint Participation
Agreement Amendment No.1 with the State of Florida Department of Public Transportation
for the above referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves Amendment No. 1 to the Joint
Participation Agreement with the State of Florida (FM No. 407439-1-38/58-01) for
improvements to State Road 615 (South 25th Street), between West Midway Road (CR-712)
and Edwards Road (CR-611).
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the above referenced
amendment and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the amendment by
approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 08-112 was as follows:
