PERMANENT UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
'\ THIS PERMANENT VTILITY EASEMENT AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT, made this III ~ I~y of
" (,If\tJû í~ ' , 2008, by PARICHAD O'BRYANT, whose address is 240 Corinne Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida 34945, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mai ling address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, hereinafter referred
to as GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH
That the grantor for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations paid,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the grantee, its successors and
assigns, a Permanent Utility Easement and Drainage Easement for the purpose to construct, reconstruct, lay,
install, operate, maintain, repair utilities and any drainage facilities in, under, upon, along, over, and across a
portion of certain lands owned by Grantor being described as follows in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, and the
GRANTOR will defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by, through or under said GRANTOR.
Access to the above strip of land over the adjoining lands of the Grantors is hereby granted. The GRANTEE
may remove, cut or trim trees, bushes, and saplings growing upon or extending over said strip of land so far as may
be reasonably necessary in the installation, maintenance, operation, repair, replacement or renewal of any of the
above mentioned utilities, drainage or improvements.
The GRANTORS reserve the use of said strip of land for any use not inconsistent herewith, but no buildings or
structures shall be erected or placed on said strip of land by GRANTORS. The rights herein granted may be
assigned in whole or in part.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has signed and sealed these presents the day and year first
above written.

Lying along the North 12 feet of Lot 11 in said Block 3 . Lying along the West 12 feet of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11
of said Block 3 and lying along the North 12 feet of the South 24 feet of Lot 8, of Said Block 3.
A 12.00 foot Drainage easement being more particularly described os follows:
