RESOLUTION NO. 08-083
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption ofthe budget have become available in
the form of a grant from the Florida Communities Trust which will assist the County with bringing into
compliance and implementing the conservation, recreation and open space, and coastal elements of their
comprehensive plans or in conserving natural resources and resolving land use conflicts by providing financial
assistance to local governments to carry out projects and activities authorized by the Florida Communities
Trust Act
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 25th day of March 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
