RESOLUTION NO. 08-107
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of a grant from the South Florida Water Management District for the Indian River Estates/Savannas
Water Retention Facilities Retrofit Project in the amount of$500,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 25th day of March 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007 -2008, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
