P'l\;'\ \l\i I·" pd· RESOLUTION NO. 08- 129 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from an insurance reimbursement due to an accident occurring on October 29, 2007 which destroyed a 60" riding mower that was being pulled on a trailer. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 22nd day of April, 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 101002-4110-369930-400 Reimbursements $6,599 APPROPRIATIONS 101002-4110-564000-400 Machinery & Equipment $6,599 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Joseph E.
