WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. LUcie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Mini-Grant, in the amount of $40,800.
WHE~EAS,Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County CommisSioners to adopt a
resolUtion toapþropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of May, 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), FloridaStatutes,
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as followS:
