RESOLUTION NO. 08-202
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Local Agency Program Agreement in
the amount of $192,200, for SR 607/Emerson Avenue Sidewalk Enhancement along Lakewood Park
Regional Park.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of June, 2008, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
