LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA 7 8 WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony 9 and evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the following 10 determinations: 11 12 1. Cheryl F, SUQQS presented a petition for a Variance from the Provisions of Section 13 7.04.01 (Table 7-10) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code to allowthe 14 construction of a single family residence that exceeds the required 20% maximum lot 15 coverage by buildings by 1.37% in the RS-2 (Residential, Single Family-2du/1 ac) 16 Zoning District. 17 18 2. On June 25, 2008, this Board of Adjustment held a public hearing on the petition, 19 after publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property 20 within 500 foot of the subject property, 21 22 3. After consideration of the testimony presented during the public hearing, including 23 staff comments and the standards of review for granting variances set out in Section 24 10.01,02, St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Board of Adjustment has 25 made the following determination: 26 27 a. The requested variance has met the standards of review as set forth in 28 Section 10.01.02, Sf. Lucie County Land Development Code and is not in 29 conflict with the goals, objectives, and policies of the Sf. Lucie County 30 Comprehensive Plan, because: 31 32 b. The variance granted is the minimum variance that will make possible the 33 reasonable use of the land, structure, or building. 34 35 c. The variance granted will not have adverse impacts to other property or 36 improvements in the neighborhood. 37 3 8 d, The variance granted meets the general spirit and intent of the Sf. Lucie 39 County Land Development Code and the Sf. The property on which this variance is being granted is described as follows: 12 13 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 22, TIMBERLAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT 14 THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF 15 ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. 16 17 CONTAINING 22,200 SQUARE FEET (0.510 ACRES), MORE OR LESS 18 19 LOCATION: 1520 Pineburke Lane, Fort Pierce 34947 20 21 22 C.
