RESOLUTION NO. 08- 259
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Children's Services Council of St. Lucie in the form of ~o checks totaling $13,376.
The funds are to provide reimbursement funding for the Westwood Sumemr Camp and Teen & Funshine
Sumemr Camps, operated by Sports and Athletics and Fort Pierce Communtiy Center divisions of the
Parks and Recreation Department.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 12th day of August, 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
