RESOLUTION NO. 08-004
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds
not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife
Conservation Commission for the Artificial Reef in the amount of $60,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend suchfunds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 5th day of August 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2007-2008, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
