RESOLUTION NO. 08-205
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 01-183, AS AMENDED, BY REVISING
CERTAIN ADMISSION FEES FOR THE ST.
LUCIE COUNTY MARINE CENTER AND
ALLOWING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR
TO SET THE FEES GOING FORWARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determinations:
1. On June 25, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No.
01-151 which named the building located at South Causeway Island Park and adjacent to the
St. Lucie County Historical Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida, as the St. Lucie County Marine
Center in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. On August 14, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No.
01-183 which established a fee schedule for the St. Lucie County Marine Center.
3, On January 8,2002, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No.
02-03 which amended Resolution No. 01-183 and revised certain admission fees.
4. In order to revise the admission fees and allow the County Administrator to set
the fees going forward, it is necessary to amend Resolution No. 01-183 accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:

1. Resolution No. 01-183, as amended, is hereby further amended to revise certain
admission fees, as set forth in the "St. Lucie County Marine Center Fee Schedule" attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit" A."
2. The County Administrator shall be authorized to adjust all admission fees of the
Marine Center in the future, consistent with the Agreement with the Smithsonian Institution.
3. This resolution shall be effective on the date of adoption.
