This Easement is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that all grading or sloping conform tel all existing structural improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such a manner that exi,sting strLlcturaLimprovements will not be damaged and the Grantee shall not interfere with or obstruct Grantors ingress and egress to Grantor's property.
