HomeMy WebLinkAbout08-339 ~~y ~ ~ v1Itct 6 ,::, VW\ce Pwb \Ie 'S~~tr RESOLUTION NO. 08-339 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Department of Community Affairs through a Federally-Funded Subgrant Agreement, in the amount of $15,342. The funding is from the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Trust Fund and is intended to enhance County's Emergency Management Program in the 2008-2009 fiscal year. WHE~EAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 25th day of November, 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001500-2510-331232-200 Emergency Management $15,342 APPROPRIATIONS 001500-251 0-541 000~200 001500-2510-543000-200 001500-251 0-551 000~200 001500-2510-551200-200 001500~251O-552000-200 Communications Utilities Office Supplies Equipment < $1,000 Operating Supplies $6,020 $6,017 $1,000 $1,219 $1,086 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Paula Lewis, Chairperson Aye Commissioner Charles Grande, Vice Chairperson Aye Commissioner Doug Coward Aye Commissioner Chris Craft Aye Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky Aye PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 25th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2008.
