A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DETERMINATION MADE
BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO OVERTURN THE
DECISION BY AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL AND THE
PROPERTY ADDRESS CONTAINED WITHIN THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION NO. 08-012. ADOPTED
ON MARCH 26, 2008, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and
evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations:
1. On March 26, 2008 the Board of Adjustment held a public hearing and voted to overturn a
decision by an Administrative Official. After consideration of the testimony and evidence
presented during the public hearing, including staff comments, agenda package and the
standards of review to be utilized by this Board on matters involving a decision, order,
determination or interpretation of any administrative official of the County with respect to the
provisions of the Land Development Code of St. Lucie County Section 12.04.01 (B), the
Board of Adjustment moved to grant the reversal of the decision of the Growth Management
Director with respect to the provisions of Section 4.1101 of the Land Development Code.
2. Following the recordation of the Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 08-012, staff
determined that there were two (2) scrivener's errors contained with the Resolution as
follows:.
1. The title of Board of Adjustment Resolution NO.08-012 indicated the
Board "affirmed" the decision made by an Administrative Official.
2. The title of Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 08-012 indicated
the location to be "13455" South Indian River Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
A. The amendments being made by Resolution No. 08-029 is being granted to correct the title
of Resolution No. 08-012 as follows:

B. All the terms, findings and conditions otherwise cited in the Board of Adjustment Resolution
No. 08-012, approved on March 26, 2008 are hereby incorporated by reference in the Board
of Adjustment Resolution No. 08-029.
C. A copy of this resolution shall be retained in the petition file with the Growth Management
Director.
