A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SPELLING OF THE
PETITIONER'S NAME WITHIN THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION NO. 07-014, ADOPTED
ON AUGUST 22, 2007, FOR A RESOLUTION
GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE PETITIONER,
TEDD F. RIDSDALE
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On August 22, 2007, this Board held a public hearing and voted to grant a Variance from
the Provisions of Section 7.04.01 (6) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code to
permit the construction of a single family residence on a parcel, which would have a deficit
of a maximum of one acre of the minimum five acres lot size required in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District through Board of Adjustment Resolution No.
07-014, for the Petitioner, Tedd F. Ridsdale.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 07-014, staff determined
that the petitioner's name cited within that resolution was misspelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. The petitioner's name which this Variance effects is as follows:
Tedd F. Ridsdale
B. All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in Board of Adjustment Resolution
No. 07-014, approved on August 22, 2007, are hereby incorporated by reference in Board
of Adjustment Resolution No. 08-031.
C. A copy of this resolution shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County
Growth Management Director.
