RESOLUTION NO. 08-384
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of loan proceeds from the St. Lucie County, Florida Improvement Revenue Note,
Series 2008A in the amount of $1,700,000 and also setting up the debt service schedule payments.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 9th day of December, 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's
budget is hereby amended as follows:
