. RESOLUTION NO. 09-001
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not
anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection amending additional funding for the Fort Pierce Shore Protection Project grant agreement in the
amount of $1 ,365,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 6th day of January 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
