RESOLUTION NO. 09-004
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not
anticipated at the time of the budget have become avai~able in the form of a donation from Bob Herst for reefs.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 10th day of February 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
184-3710-563000-39003 Infrastructure
