corporation existing under the laws of the State of, Grantor and St. Lucie County,

Witnesseth, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen and No/I 00 Dollars ($10.00 ), to it in hand

line of Lot 6 a distance of 250.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence Northeast along a curve concave to
the South and having a radial bearing of South 52015'28" East, a central angle of 7001 '00", and a radius of
1,969.76 feet, a distance of241.22 feet to the North line of Lot 9, Block 179; thence run South 45014'28" East
along the North lineofLot 9 a distance of 10 feet to the West right-of-way line of Sunshine State Parkway
Feeder Route; thence run Southwest along a curve concave to the South and having a radial bearing of
South 45014'28" East, a central angle 7001 '00", and a radius of 1,959.76 feet, a distance of 240.00 feet to the
South line of Lot 6, Block 179; thence run North 52015'28" West along the South line of Lot 6 a distauce of
10 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to taxes for the current year, covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any.

And the said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
