RESOLUTION NO. 08- 380 ~~~
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Lawnwood Skate Park photo identification card fees, in the amount of $5,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 9th day of December, 2008, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Sfatutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-7216-347221-7103 User Fees $5,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7216-552000-7103 Operating Supplies $5,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
