WHEREAS, Section 125.379(1), Florida Statutes, requires each County to prepare an
inventory of all real property within its jurisdiction which is owned by the County in fee simple
title and is appropriate for use as affordable housing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board does hereby accept the donation of a lot from David W. Jones, Parcel
I.D. 3402-609-0156-000-0, for the construction of permanent affordable housing pursuant to
Section 125.379(2), Florida Statutes.
2, This Resolution shnll take effect upon recording in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
