WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Inland Navigation District, in the amount of $18,000 for the Stan Blum Boat
Ramp project..
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board af County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 12th day of May, 2009, pursuant ta Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
316204-7210-337710-764 FI. Inland Navigation District $18,000
APPROPRIATIONS
316204-7210-562000-764 Buildings $18,000
