RESOLUTION NO. 09-166 ~~[/l~i~

WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget ~,~~ ~
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the St. Lucie County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Mini-Grant Program in the amount of $3,300.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 26th day of May, 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
183003-601-389700-6000 Court Administration-Teen Court $3,300
APPROPRIATIONS
183003-601-552000-6000 Operating Supplies $3,300
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
